Buddy Training

Share a session with a friend who shares your goals! A fun and cost-effective way to train at our private studio. Workouts will be customized to your specific goals. Fitness nutritional guidance will be included with the purchase of our monthly packages.

Small Group Training

ChicaBoom Fitness Small Group Training is the next best thing after personal training but more affordable.

Our small group training is a fitness approach where your ChicaBoom Coach works with a small number of participants, typically fewer than 10, in a group setting. It allows for more personalized attention and interaction than large classes, making it an effective way to achieve fitness goals or acquire new skills.

At ChicaBoom Fitness, we want to give you the best workout and all the attention you need to perform the proper exercise with proper form  We focus on strength & functional training - We use, Free Weights, Barbells, Kettlebells, Cables and Machines... Best combo for a toned & healthy body!
